For this job, we have a 25 year old oil boiler installed in a shed, the boiler was coming to the end of it's day and was in dire need of replacement.

Before proceeding with the oil boiler replacement, we carried out a series of essential checks to ensure the work could be completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

These checks include:
Customer Requirements and Location Constraints
Assessment of Existing Boiler and System
System Compatibility Check
Flue and Ventilation Assessment
Electrical Supply and Controls
Regulatory and Safety Compliance

Once all the checks were complete, we began the removal process of the old boiler. We first cleaned up the area and made sure non of the surrounding items were damaged.

We then isolated the electrical supply and shut off the oil supply. The old boiler was then taken apart and removed.

While the old boiler was out, we took the oportunity ensure the area was clean and there were no hidden suprises in the areas that had been covered up for the last 25 years!

We also found the roof of the shed needed the felt replacing as there were minor leaks present, this work was performed in addition to the boiler replacement.

Finally, we installed the new worcester oil boiler and connected it up

We first tested the electical connections to ensure everything was correctly connected and isolated. The new state of the art wireless boiler controls were also implimented.

We made sure a clean supply of oil would be provided to the boiler, and checked all the filters. Copper pipework was also re-insulated.

Finally all the necessary OFTEC safety checks were performed while the new boiler was in operation. The only things left to do was go through the new controls with the customer and ensure they were happy with the work performed.
